I read there are some problems with the licences in Germany.
I don't use it. I prefer the good old CD, because in most of such portals you can just pay with a credit card and a pupil cannot pay for one...

What I think about Russia?
Dunno, I think some things are not really good there, especially Putin is not very democratic in some ways. What he did with Yukon was really great shit I think.
But I know some people from Russia, who life in Germany and I really like them.
